Network Administrator (Part-Time)

The South Holland Public Library is seeking a dynamic, experienced part-time IT professional to work in an environment where communication, creativity, collaboration and cooperation are essential.

Responsibilities include administration and maintenance of the library’s in-house computer network; installation and maintenance of computer equipment, network equipment, and other technology-related equipment; troubleshooting computers, printers and other library equipment.

Experience with network administration in a Windows Server 2008 environment is essential. Knowledge of web development and social media technologies is desirable.

Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Technology-related field

Experience: Network Administration experience in a Windows environment is essential

Reporting to: Technology Coordinator

Salary: $17.63 per hour. Part-Time, non-exempt position. 19 hours per week: Evening and Saturday hours
